Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, but as we operate within a limited availability and work diligently to provide you with the best fishing experience possible, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Guest Cancellations for Shared Charters:

Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled booking will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to the next available date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking will be non-refundable.

Guest Cancellations for Private Charters:

For private charters, a deposit of 25% of the total charter cost is required to secure the selected date. Payment of the deposit must be made at the time of booking. Payment of the remaining charter cost must be paid 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations of private charters must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund of the deposit amount. Deposits for private charters that are cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled date will be forfeited.

Operator Cancellations:

In the event that we, the fishing charter operator, need to cancel your booking due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate you with an alternative booking date. If rescheduling is not feasible, or if you prefer not to reschedule, you will be entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.

Booking Modifications:

If you wish to modify your booking date, please contact us prior to 72 hours before your scheduled booking. Booking modifications are subject to availability and will be accommodated wherever possible.


If you fail to show up for your scheduled booking without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and will be non-refundable or transferable.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact our team via email info@dragonlady.com.au or phone 0429 372 466 prior to 72 hours before the scheduled booking time.

Refund Process:

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
